From hosting Camino Trips and Fitness Retreats to developing my own products, my approach is practical, honest and built around habits that last.
Creating habits that last
The Beginning
Starting Trisha’s Transformation on Instagram is what changed everything. What began as a way of keeping myself accountable and sharing my weight-loss journey, gradually grew into a community of people following along, supporting each other and sharing their own journey too.
Today, I have over 320,000 followers across my social platforms and still show up there every day, sharing recipes, routines, walks, work and real life as it happens.
Social media was never part of the original plan, but it has become a huge part of what I do and a way for me to stay connected to the community that has supported me from the very beginning.
The Camino
Walking the Camino was one of the biggest personal challenges I have ever taken on and it changed a lot for me. I walked my first Camino alone in 2024 and it gave me the time and headspace to really think about life, work and what I wanted the future to look like. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of bringing eight groups on the Camino, with another five sold out for 2026. That's over 1,500 people who have now walked part of that journey with me, which is something I never take for granted.

My brand, Sharp, came from years of working in professional kitchens and knowing what tools actually work and what lasts over time. When you work in a kitchen every day, you quickly learn that good equipment isn’t about trends or how something looks, it’s about how it feels in your hand, how reliable it is and whether it can handle real, everyday use.
I wanted to create products that were practical, hardworking and built for real kitchens and real people. Tools that I use myself, that I trust and that make cooking easier and more enjoyable at home.

I regularly work with companies and organisations delivering talks, cooking demonstrations and workshops. These focus on the real story behind building a career, the importance of resilience and consistency, and the lessons I have learned from both the kitchen and my personal journey.
